Maternal Health Equity Assessment And Plan

Designed and led mixed-methods evaluation of access to and provision of maternal and child health care for a Massachusetts hospital. Analyzed over 4,000 birth records, conducted key informant interviews, and presented strategic recommendations.

BSAS Strategic Plan

Conducted internal and external assessment for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Substance Addiction Services, refining the vision, mission, and organizational structure. Facilitated cross-functional teams and created a comprehensive strategic plan.

Uniform Data System Evaluation

Designed and led evaluation of a UDS data entry intervention. Findings used by the Health Resources & Services Administration’s Bureau of Primary Health Care to increase data quality among federally qualified health centers.

Getting to Zero evaluation

Led impact evaluation of a multi-sector collaboration that used a collective impact model to reduce HIV infections, improve care coordination, and address stigma in Santa Clara County, CA. Assessed the efficacy of key interventions, including PrEP/PEP access, screening, and linkage-to-care strategies.
