Policy Documents for the Public

Publishing materials for the public to explain current and forthcoming policy. Created toolkit for the Philadelphia Department of Public Health to distribute to convenience store owners/tobacco retailers and health-concerned citizens. Publication was in response to the City of Philadelphia’s adoption of several tobacco control regulations: one limited tobacco retailer density within city limits, and several increased the punitive fees associated with illegal sales (see Transitioning Away from Tobacco cover).
